Delete your SellDome account

You can delete your SellDome account and its data at any time from inside the app:

1. Open the SellDome app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Enter your password and confirm.

What is deleted: your profile, store and products, wallet, notifications, chat messages you sent, and your sign-in details. Pending connect requests are cancelled and active connects are ended.

What is kept: payment records are retained, without your profile, for financial and legal record-keeping.

If you cannot sign in, email support@selldome.africa from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
